What a mess, poor window install, pathetic flashing, no water proofing behind stone, mortor failing as it appears to have been frozen during the original instal...lation. This continues around the entire home and should never have happened. Studs, rim joist, sheeting, insulation disroyed and house filled with mould. This did not need to happen. Please hire pros when building your home. Do your research, custom verses production. This was not a cheap home, but it was a cheaply built home, with lots of shinny features to distract from the poor workmanship. On the bright side, there has been so much poor construction by non-professional that we will have work for a very long, long time. But honestly, we don't want to see this type of work as it is costly to a great home owner. HIRE A PRO & EXPECT QUALITY, do your homework before you buy or hire
