AT HOME WORKOUT PLANS // Back in our good ole quarantine days, I created at home workouts & let were a huge hit! Here are a couple transformations from those programs again, congrats ladies! I’ve been working hard to create two new programs very similar to those you all loved so much! I will be launching Monday, January 4th.... I’ve been testing them out & they’ve been kicking my ass, leaving me sore & feeling amazing. They’re about 50-60 minutes long, 4 days a week. That’s it! They are programmed to: target fat loss build muscle increase endurance Every fitness level welcome to join!! No equipment needed to the 30 day program!! This year was one for the books, so let’s put our middle finger up to 2020 and start 2021 on a solid note. I am offering TWO different workout plans: A an at home 30 day BOOTY FOCUSED general strength & cardio workout plan. This is targeted for every level of fitness with ZERO equipment required. This style of program is easy to follow, had great previous reviews and even better results. price $25 5 extra cardio workouts $35 B a 2 month general strength program. This program is also targeted to any fitness level. However, it does require access to a variety of weighted dumbbells. A great program to take to the gym with you! Strength training is proven to be very effective in burning fat and gaining muscle. B A C K T O I T // If you’re new to the gym or just getting back into it, the biggest tip I can give is to leave your ego at the door. Yep, heard that before. But seriously, it gets you no where. Well brah I could deadlift 450# two years ago don’t care. Get the stick out your ego driven a$$ & ease back into this... It really doesn’t matter what you once did, all that matters is your safety and not over doing it when you get back. You will get back to where you once were, but patience is key. Your muscles are smart, muscle memory is a great thing that we possess & gaining muscle mass back will happen quicker than you may think. Which is absolutely beautiful Here I am, I spent two years teaching proper form of a bench press, took courses on how to do so, I even competed in a powerlifting competition but it’s been two years since I laid under that bar and I REFUSED to start with anything heavier than a 15# bar. My mind knows what to do, my body knows proper form, but I need to remind it how to move safely. Practice without the weight to help my muscle memory have a chance to remember before completely taxing out on the strength and tearing it’s fibres apart again. What helps this process is a good back to it workout program. Or if this is new to you, same thing; a this is where I begin workout program to follow. Trust the process & realize not one single soul in that gym give a f!ck what’s on your bar. You’re the only one who cares. I create individual programs tailored towards what YOU need/want/goals. This app has officially replaced my Pinterest Healthy X searches. Also, this chick I’ve been following for years and most recipes you’ve seen on my Instagram were created by this gal ... You may already know, but I do not promote meal plans. It isn’t something I provide my clients so I get the what do I eat? Question daily. I approve of everything you’ll find on this app so doesn’t her hired dietician, nutritionist and natural path I don’t know about you, but this boring chicken, rice and broccoli meal BS... it ain’t for me. I eat healthy & delicious foods.. I know, I cannot even imagine what that’s like! Well, here it is. There is a way to accomplish this! BACK ON TRACK // Happy holidays, everyone!! Also, happy between Christmas and NYE that people writes off because they’re starting fresh in the New Year period!!!! Okay, but like; don’t. Let’s start today! Get your sh!t together today! Don’t wait for tomorrow (Monday) or the 1st (that will turn into the 2nd because January 1st is a certified hangover day).... Alright, so how do we do that? WATER Be like Nico, drink a ton of water! Flush out all those snacks & booze. PLEASE stay away from the intermittent fasting, fad diets or cleanses. Water will do all you need Rid of the crap clean out your fridge. We all have those chocolates, cookies, stuffing sitting pretty in our kitchen. Out of sight, out of mind. Replace cookie jars with fruit baskets & trick your mind into craving the natural sugars instead of the processed exercise go for a walk. Get out of the house, fresh air and get some extra steps in clean eating Tonight’s supper, create a healthy supper with the leftover Turkey. Skip the gravy & hold off on doubling up on potatoes. Also, skip the dessert you’ve had enough snacks Booze Hold back. Save it for NYE. Alcohol is an empty calorie, we can’t rid of it self-help. Those stress levels were at their peak during the last couple weeks. Seasonal/post Christmas depression is going to start to set in for a lot of us. Work on you. Tonight do some yoga, read a book, take a bath; whatever works for you to get back to yourself & back on track That extra holiday weight you gained, most likely just water weight.
