October Market Stats are here! Unsurprisingly, prices are still on the rise. Compared to October of last year, residential properties are up 24.7% with an average sale price now at $603,253. Condo properties are up 15.5% from last year with an average price of $368,936. President Deb Burgoyne notes that although we’re heading into the colder months, the second wave of the pandemic is upon us, and yet Ottawa’s resale market continues to hold steady. Inventory levels of ...condos have increased by 15% since last October, while residential properties are down 46%.
