Some late night no-bake protein balls for an awesome source of protein! Super easy and quick to make. Promoting tissue repair and building! I need to switch up my protein source from chicken, and it's a nice change up from meat. 540mL Black Beans (well rinsed and drained) 4 tbsp honey (I added a little extra, hehe sweet tooth)... 1tbsp coconut oil 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup coconut flakes 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips Food processor: black beans, honey, coconut oil, cocoa powder. Mix well! Add paste to rolled oats, coconut flakes, and choco chips. Mix well... again! Combine into a ball. Yields 30 and keep refrigerated. Happy Thursday!

Luckily, I have a roommate who knows how to get a good deal on them and likes to share! Over the next month, I will be diving into research and hands on experience to discover any benefits and/or draw backs of supplement use! ...
