We’re in the process of spray foaming right now. It was already extremely comfortable on site without any insulation. Now the boiler will be able to relax a bunch while we’re drywalling. Hydronic heat feels so great. The second floor is prepped and ready for Monday’s closed cell spray foam and blow on insulation. All doors and windows covered with poly so there’s no over spray and allows the spray foam guys just to show up ans get into it.
