Come join us for a COVID safe 1-night camping adventure in Butter Pot Provincial Park where WE provide the bulk of what you will need (Just bring your sleeping bag)! This is an event for the whole family, so bring the kids and make memories that will last a lifetime! There is financial assistance for those that need them to cover the workshop fee

Learn traditional handline fishing! No fancy rod & reel...and you keep your catch! Learn to fillet from a member of our Girls Who Fish program. Some of the most important work of fishing happens on land in the twine loft where the nets are knitted and the ropes are weaved. Enjoy this hands-on experience and learn some of the oldest skills of our ancestors Finally, cook Up Your Catch, pan fry your fresh caught fish with butter & onions; snacks, sides & beverages included.
