WE ARE OPEN - as York Region transitions into red restrictions - we are working hard to increase our safety and sanitization policies and procedures! There is no telling how long we can count on being open for our beautiful guests BUT we can continue to offer you the same luxurious experience each and every time you visit until that changes! We have strict protocols in place for you to make sure that when you come into visit your stylist, you feel safe and comfy!... It’s our duty and our privilege to be able to make you look and feel your best while you’re with us! Here’s a little breakdown of what you can expect when you arrive for you appointment if you haven’t had a chance to visit us yet: 1 - you text us (the confirmation number you received when booking) when you arrive and we text back letting you know when you’re stylist is ready for you 2 - we ask you a series of Covid related questions to ensure you’re healthy and haven’t come into contact with anyone ‘Covid-y’ 3 - we take your temperature with an infrared thermometer to make sure you aren’t running a fever 4 - we give you some lovely smelling LaRoche Hand sanitizer 5 - if you’ve got a jacket or sweater, we invite you to hang them up yourself in our closet 6 - your stylist will bring you to their stations that have been freshly sanitized in addition to all the tools and products that will be used throughout your service 7 - there is no eating or drinking in the studio to ensure masks are worn at all times Our main goal is to ensure you feel pampered, cared for and your very best while you’re with us! We will continue to do all we can to work toward this goal! We strongly recommend pre booking your appointments - booking in right now, even if you are a week away from needing your roots done, would be a great way to prevent any disappointment should we move into a phase of closure again.
