Becoming Light Healing

Hi everyone <3 I am letting you all know that I have been guided to step away from teaching Reiki and offering sessions. I am also taking a break from ThetaHealing classes and sessions til further notice, to follow my heart and pursue a dream of mine. I do not know where this will take me, but I am trusting in the letting go for now <3 If you are wanting to learn ThetaHealing, or experience a session I highly recommend Marianne Karsh. I have not posted in awhile as I have been immersed with my loves...creating art and spending time in nature. Both are incredibly healing to me and I get lost in myself. Some of you know that I am taking a break from teaching and client sessions. I continue to use thetahealing and reiki on a daily basis as they have transformed my life. So much that I have finally given myself permission to follow my heart and pursue art as a career. I am currently enrolled in the master prog...ram at @milanartinstitute and am so in love with the teachings. I have learned so much in just a few short months and have had to face my fears around not being good enough, keeping up etc... you know the negative self talk. Spending time in nature has supported me through this and inspired me. Yesterday was my final forest therapy walk at the @hcpgardens for the season. It was such a beautiful day and I am so grateful to be sharing nature connections with people in such a supportive and gorgeous location. The walks started back in July and have been full every time!
