Here’s what Erwin wrote The star house B&B is as lovely as unusual. Imagine a large gazebo with walls nicely decorated in the style of a spiritual buddist place situated within a nice garden and with a large deck in front of the entrance and you have a vague picture what you are expecting. Georgina is a great host, she makes sure every time she sees you, that you are comfortable and have everything you might need or want. The breakfast she provides is as generous as tasty, with lots of choices for bread, bagels, muffins, jams, teas and fruits and many items seem to be self made or at least organic. Sitting on the deck in a beautiful and very quiet surrounding and watching the deer and rabbits coming to your doorstep is nice and very relaxing. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again anytime.

Here’s what Cameron wrote: Georgina was a fabulous host who made every effort to accommodate our changing travel plans. She was knowledgeable about the area and gave us some tips that added a lot of value to our trip! Her banana bread is also pretty fabulous. The Star House Bed And Breakfast was also set on a beautiful wooded property with a lovely pond, multiple outdoor areas and creative art installations. We were very impressed with the amount of detail to create a quirky... and positive outdoor space. The lighting is incredible at night and creates quite the ambience when on the bbq in the gazebo at night. The native and medicinal plants in the garden were gorgeous and added a pleasant local-BC vibe to the atmosphere, reminding you that you’re in the heart of beautiful Vancouver Island. We were extremely comfortable in our large cozy bed and toasty warm heating. The feeling of waking up in the morning with coffee and fresh breakfast on the deck cannot be put into better words. It’s simply fantastic! This home is well worth the reasonable price that they ask. I cannot recommend the Starhouse B&B enough! Cheers to the people who invested many years to make it such a magical space. We will happily return on our next trip! See more
