Singapore Picture this: A single Firefighter carrying 40kg of equipment up multiple flights of stairs without breaking a sweat. Or single-handedly rescuin...g a casualty without any physical strain whatsoever Sounds like a superpower, doesn’t it? In fact, this will be a reality with the SCDF Exoskeleton. Currently in development, this high-tech equipment will allow our Firefighters to perform physically demanding Firefighting and rescue operations with much greater ease by transferring weight through the Exoskeleton and down to its footplates. What was once thought about only in science fiction will soon be our lifesaving reality. Hand-drawn by PTE Jacob Chain.

Rest In Peace Sister........ let us never forget Cst Jasmine Thiara #64971 from Richmond (British Columbia), Canada. Say her name.......... She'll get no parade, no medal and no public memorial. She'll be barely mentioned in the public news..... quickly forgotten about. Yet she served all the citizens of her community as part of law enforcement This job takes an absolute toll, a toll that most will never experience or understand. Our Officers risk there lives day in and day out for complete strangers. Our Officers need our support now more than ever! Richmond RCMP issued this official statement regarding her demise. We continue to deal with the overwhelming shock and grief over the loss of one of our Richmond RCMP police officers on Sunday February 21, 2021. The death happened while they were off duty and the BC Coroners Service is conducting an investigation to determine the facts surrounding the death. According to reports circulating Officer Thiara allegedly shot herself underneath the Oak Street Bridge.
