This is a swarm I got to see. A swarm is the natural reproduction of a colony. It splits off the existing queen takes some bees and looks for a new . We get calls to pick up swarms we gather them and throw them in a box and start a colony. I was sad to not get this swarm but one of the most beautiful things I ever seen was see it fly together. I went to get a box to gather it and when I got there all the bees started to separate, they all pick up and fly and went up into the air on a journey together to find a new place to survive.

This is one of my honey bears Eeeks Andy is a bit more chill than me. If you see in the back of photo of him standing there the bear peaking over at him. Even though we have the electric fences the bears somtimes miss their honey so much they come right through the fences. But the fences work pretty darn good at keeping us safe and the honey boxes.

Missing the green the flowers and the buzz. Summer is never long enough. This is all my boys little girls and Andy.
