I learned a valuable lesson My client ordered a Rilakumma cake for her sister who loves the show so ofcourse the cake had to be as close to the actual character as possible. Now I know that carved/novelty cakes are not my strongest suit. I did the best I could and hoped for the best. ... I usually ask for detailed feedback from clients and this client brought a few concerns to my attention in the *kindest* possible manner. THE VALUABLE LESSON this kind customer taught me is that there is real beauty in giving constructive criticism with kindness. The kind that actually helps others instead of getting them offended or wanting to quit.
