Now we all know that fragrance is a huge endocrince disrupter. Just don't do it anymore PLEASE! Here is an Anthropology.com inspired room spray! + 15 drops spruce/pine/balsam (pick your fav) + 15 drops geranium + 15 drops orange + 15 drops grapefruit + a splash of witch hazel ( helps water mix with essential oils) + distilled water You could even make a diffuser bomb: +15mL bottle geranium +15 mL bottle orange +15 mL bottle grapefruit +15mL bottle of the preferred tree oil from above What is a diffuser bomb? Its taking a blend you cannot live without and making it MEGA SIZE in a dropper bottle. Saves you hunting for all the individual bottles ALL the time! Your fav blend is ready to drop into the diffuser!

Turn on a diffuser. Seriously, let’s not make this harder than it needs to be. Remember: they’re essential oils. Humans have been using them for 5000 years without training, degrees, or advanced knowledge. Just use the oil. It really truly is that simple. We're planning another Make n Take event for early September- we girls need our sunscreen on fall/winter vacation!

Last evening a few like minded friends and I did a Make n Take where we all went away with what you see here. It's a week for seasonal allergies so I want to tell you of the success I'm having with Young Living essential oils First my gardner, while weed wacking weeds started sneezing almost uncontrollably. He doesn't want to and can't for health reasons, take commercial antihistamines. He normally just suffers along. I checked the Young Living app on my phone, had him put one drop each of peppermint and lavender at the base of his skull and base of throat. In 15-20 seconds his sinus...es were clearing and stayed clear for 4 hours. It feels wonderful to have helped him feel better! Second was me: had raised red welts on my arms from reaching thru the raspberries and tayberries to pick berries this morning; I'd forgotten to take my long dish washing gloves to protect my arms. My arms were Sooooo itchy that I wanted to scratch my skin off (feels so good, hurts so bad!). I put one drop of each peppermint and lavender on each arm spread it around and within 20-30 seconds the itchy rip-my-skin-off feeling was gone. No more welts! Forgot to take a before and after pic for you; next time! Ps could add Lemon EO too Lovin' YL

Local beeswax is a wonderful thing! There are so many great things to make with it - candles, lip balm and of course this new batch of Body Butter Bars that I whipped up this week.
