Wow!!!! Our bodies absorb all the things we apply on it, and that includes the really bad ingredients in the products we use daily! It’s really easy to ditch the chemical laden products for natural and gentle ones. Stay tuned and I’ll share some of my favourite natural products.

I just love going to farmers markets!! There is something so special about purchasing local produce directly from the farmer. Yesterday I attended the North Bay Farmers' Market in my hometown and loaded up on green+yellow beans, cherry tomatoes, garlic, and buckwheat honey from Board's Honey Farm. My in-laws have a massive garden that I raided as well, of giant zucchini and cucumbers. Now I’ll be busy thinking up ways to use it all! Have you been to any local farmers ...markets this season?
