I’d love to keep bees on platforms in trees! Pretty sure they would like it better up there.

The spraying of Glyphosate (Round-up) in our forests destroys wild life essential food sources and yes, that includes all pollinators. If you care about the impact of glyphosate spraying on wild places and wild life, take a moment to write Canfor and let its people know this matters to you. Do it today, there are only a few days left for comments. If you are strapped for time, there is a sample letter in the comments.

Metechi Garlic My personal favourite. Why? It has enormous cloves! Also, it is one of the best at adapting to different weather and terrain conditions, whilst... producing these massive babies. Raw, it is fiery hot, finishing with a lasting spice; cooking will tone down the heat, while still holding a fresh taste that pairs excellently with sweetness, like roselyne’s honey. This variety belongs to the Marbled Purple Stripe cultivar. It’s origin is not well documented probably because of the mentioned adaptability characteristics, but like many others, it originated in the Republic of Georgia.
