Hello everybody! We're fundraising for Maison Baldwin House here in Cornwall. We learned that they have had to close the Serendipity Boutique, a huge source of their financial support, during the crisis. In these difficult times we want to give back to the community - to make a positive impact! Big or small, anything helps! Maison Baldwin House is a place where women who have experienced any type of abuse can come for support, information, and a safe place to stay. It is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week women can call and/or come in at any time, day or night. The services are completely free and confidential.

What if you use this time to take exceptional care of you! With Covid19 shifting our lives like never before, There is no better or more important time than NOW... to take care of ourselves, I realize that this situation is challenging to many; not only can it affect our physical fitness, but our emotional, and mental fitness as well. I call it emotional and mental fitness because I want to emphasize our ability, and the importance, of training our minds, as we do our bodies. With that being said, I am excited to announce the Ultimate at Home Wellness Series; Where I will take you through the methods that I use everyday to help myself become the healthiest version of me possible; mind, body, and soul. Let’s use this time to connect with ourselves like never before, to take care of our bodies, and learn how to cultivate gratitude and love for ourselves for a more fulfilling life.
