Do you have a personal relationship with the Holy Spirit? Or are you "programmed" to by a sprit of religion to be legalistic in your walk? Spiritual disciplines are key to our growth as Christians, but we must not do this out of duty, but out of a deep love for spending time with God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. This is a great message in that regard.
