I am pleased to announce that the new store location was approved by City of Saint John. Covid has put a bit of a strain on many small businesses and it takes creativity to remain open or re-open. We will be re-locating to Somerset Street. I look forward to letting you know the new date. COMING SOON as well the launching a second brand. Stay tuned while the store prepares for your arrival. I posted a while ago that there will be some upcoming changes. The shop will physically be closed on October 23 for 2 weeks. However, appointments for bra fittings and cancer merchandise such as chemo hats, bamboo cutlery, Picc line covers and breast prosthetics WILL still be available. So here’s the exciting part. I am expanding the business to include healthy women as well. This means I will be moving to a new location and I will be launching a new brand very soon. As many of you know October is .... month. I encourage ALL women to self exam your breast(s). This applies to men as well. Very important to ensure your health and well being. If you feel any size lump have it checked out. Do not put it off. Even those who have had mastectomies should also check their natural breast.

DID you know that padded bras have multiple purposes? The idea of wearing a padded bra used to be for women who wanted to enhance the size of their breasts. However this has changed over time. There are lightly padded bras that cup the breast to hold it in position, it can hide some imperfections such as uneven breasts or hide scarring from surgeries. Lightly padded bras also provide a smooth look in clothing such as a form fitting dress, blouse or t-shirt. Hence the name "t-shirt bras". Next time you need a smooth look.... book an appointment to be fitted for the right size bra to get your "smooth look on"!

A math question when purchasing bras (it applies to anything but your health and wellness is worth more). If you spend $30, $40, $50 dollars on a bra and the wire pokes through, the clips break, the material frays, you poke your finger through the material when putting on your bra , the girls don't stay up where they should , the bra lasts a month or 2, maybe 3 and the quality is just overall poor! (Jump ahead 20 years) For those who developed dents in the shoulders, for t...hose who suffer back pain, headaches or lower back pain because the bra was not a great support. Would it not be WORTH it to treat your body good? Would it not be worth it if the bra lasted 8 months to a year? I know many of you say my bra has lasted me 2, 5 and 10 years!
