Know your worth it. Saturday morning chillin in the hotel with my boys before the next hockey game. Reflecting on my journey and so thankful for today, surrounded by my handsome boys. Watching them be so brave and meet new friends is so wonderful! I’m so thankful I am able to give them opportunities that were not available to me when I was younger. ... For the longest time and I still struggle with this is believing that I am worthy of all great things. I am worthy of abundancein wealth and love. Not feeling like you are good enough is a limiting belief. For me it stems from childhood trauma and abandonment. And seeing my boys thriving and happy gives me so much peace and fills me with a feeling of abundance! It’s freeing to get past those limiting beliefs and step into the best version of myself.
