Treats for us and the birds! Apple pie filling we canned this fall from our apple trees.

The cows came home....in a different format. Always a bitter sweet process when you send them to freezer camp. We are thankful for the healthy organic meat but it’s still hard to see them go. These three calves produced about 800lbs of veal.
