Letting go of self judgement on life & life’s choices is how we fill our cup. This is because when we judge our choices/life, we carry around shame. And no matter how much external self care/love, affirmations, motivation..etc we put to a cup, if there’s shame about the choices we’ve made so far, it leaves a hole at the bottom of the cup. Accept what has been & how it is NOW. Start the change from the point of acceptance. Avoidance only adds up to any pain & suffering. ...
