Bella The Rottweiler

The Nova Scotia SPCA Cape Breton Branch will be taking part in the Pride Parade tomorrow! Bring your furry friends and show up in true rainbow fashion! It starts at 12:00pm on Crescent Street in Sydney. We hope to see everyone there to show their support of both the pride community and our island's animals. Miss Bella took part last year and had an absolute blast! :)

Bella's memorial plaque was laid today. <3 Thank you to Margie T. MacDonald and Mariah MacKay (pictured) for laying the plaque and planting her burning bush. Also, a huge thank you Dr. Mark Sampson and Carla Sandalis for purchasing the plaque and to MacDonald Gardens for donating the bush in memory our beautiful girl. ... Rest easy, Bella! We all love and miss you. You left pawprints on our hearts and we are forever changed. :) Anyone wishing to visit Bella's gravestone is more than welcome to. She's always loved visitors.

We are looking to get a burning bush for Bella's gravesite, is there anyone out there in Bella Land that could donate one? We would like something that will show her personality and make her stand out and we think this would be the best option! <3 We have the memorial plaque all ready to go out, we just want to get everything ready before doing so, then once completed maybe we will have a memorial day for everyone to visit.

Awwww they need help looking after new born puppies and kittens, what a rewarding way to help out! If you have the time commitment what a great way to help out! Our Bella loved little puppies... <3
