The Belle Park Master Plan offers a phased approach to the long-term management of the 80-acre site, and includes increased areas for naturalization, shoreline ...protection measures and options for recreational activities near the clubhouse/Montreal Street. It reflects feedback received from consultations with residents, the Indigenous community and other stakeholders since 2017. Thats when council directed staff to reduce golf operations at the park and undertake a master plan that would explore opportunities for outdoor-recreation partnerships.
