Good decisions are made moment by moment, one at a time. Don’t get discouraged by how you messed up yesterday or crippled with worry over what might happen tomorrow. Stay focused on what you can do in this moment. 613-969-7866 www.bpfcc.ca #hereforyou #yourstorymatters #bellevilleontario

Julia never finished high school. She got pregnant in grade twelve and dropped out. Since then, she has had a series of relationships leading to three more babies. She met a new guy four months ago. He’s pretty good with her kids, but everything is still pretty new. Now she’s pregnant again. She’s already overwhelmed with the kids she has and her youngest is still a baby. She’s not sure how much she can rely on her new boyfriend for support. What if he leaves her like... the other guys did? If this is your story, we’re here for you. We want to thank all of our generous donors who make it possible for us to offer support to many families within our community. Right now, we are not receiving clothing donations, but we are in need of wipes for our material support room. Thank you to whoever dropped off diapers for our clients. Your generosity did not go unnoticed.

Stephanie waited weeks to break the news to her parents. The last two years had been so hard for their family. So much arguing. Stephanie was terrified about what this pregnancy would do to their already strained relationship. She was sure they would try to convince her to have an abortion, but she had already made up her mind to keep the baby. She felt like she had no choice but to do this alone. If this is your story, we're here for you. No one should have to face a...n unexpected pregnancy alone. call/text: 613-969-7866 email: [email protected] visit: https://www.bpfcc.ca #hereforyou #notalone #pregnancycare

It’s amazing how deeply we are impacted by our own thoughts. Dwelling on negativity keeps us locked in the dark. When we tell ourselves things like, I’m not good enough or sure, that person has a great job, but I could never do that, we stop ourselves from looking for possibilities. How about instead of saying I can’t, ask yourself what if I can? Don’t let yourself stay in the dark. Turn on the light. #whatifican #hereforyou
