Lieu d’emploi : Sherbrooke, Québec Fonctions : L'Agent logistique joue un rôle clé dans la gestion, la planification et les communications liées au transport. Plus précisément, le titulaire du poste aura les responsabilités suivantes : Créer et gérer les scénarios de livraison de marchandise chez nos clients et des scénarios de ramassage chez nos fournisseurs; Gérer la réception de marchandise dans les entrepôts; Gérer les transports externes, contrats et négociation des prix; Supporter les conducteurs de tous les types de transport à l’égard de la logistique ; Trouver des solutions pratiques et efficaces aux problèmes posés par les opérations de transport ; Veiller à l’excellence des services offerts à notre clientèle ; Alerter sa hiérarchie en cas de panne ou de problèmes techniques sur le réseau ; Affecter du personnel ou des véhicules de remplacement, lorsque requis ; Effectuer le travail administratif requis pour les transports aux États-Unis ; Surveiller en temps réel les réseaux de transport et l’adhérence à l’horaire ; Capacités et Qualités : Expérience dans un milieu à multiples demandes ; Être reconnu comme un excellent communicateur axé sur le service client ; Sens aigu des priorités et capacité de prise de décisions Capacité à travailler de manière autonome Exigences : Expérience de plus de 3 ans en logistique Bilinguisme oral et écrit (français et anglais) ; Conditions Poste permanent Horaire de 40 h par semaine Programme d'assurance collective
