"A Compass for Your Motherhood: Create a Momifesto + a way home to yourself" Becoming a mother changes everything, and it can make you feel like youve lost yourself like youre not sure who you are anymore. In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to explore some of the changes that have happened in your life since you became a mother.... You will reconnect with who you are and what matters most to you, and begin to explore who you want to be as a mother, too. Then, you will create your own "Momifesto." I created the Momifesto when I was in the early postpartum time with my own daughter, eight years ago, and since then, hundreds of women and clients have completed my Momifesto Workbook. A Momifesto is a promise to yourself, and to your tiny human(s). It is a declaration of your devotion both to motherhood, AND to yourself. It is how you want to be, as a mother, and as a woman who happens to be a mother. It is the kind of thing you keep tucked in your handbag or the pocket of your favourite cardigan for the times when you feel lost and unsure of yourself as you traverse through the foggy days of early motherhood. Its a compass for your motherhood, and a map back home to yourself. One woman recently said: I started the momifesto last night. And I was in tears right from the first page as I finally felt like someone could see me and feel with me and help me come to grips with the reality that Im in transition. I am now very excited (but patient) to meet the new me. And to introduce you to her too." More About the Workshop This workshop is for women and women-identifying people who are in their first five years of motherhood, whether its with their first child or their fifth Registration IS required. A Canadian study sought to explore fathers ambivalent feelings about breastfeeding, and heres what it found: "Fathers of breastfed babies scored just as high as fathers of bottlefed babies on scales of father involvement, and in fact, the dads of breastfed babies were involved in a greater variety of activities than dads of formula-fed babies".

My first birth since covid restrictions lifted.. first birth back with the local midwives(love them)..Amazing, strong & fierce mama brought her beautiful daughter into this world with such grace .. its always so humbling to be witness to such power and stengh..welcome to the world sweet baby girl
