Good timing? Bad timing? 14 years ago someone ran a waterline too close to the upstairs floor, and a short time after a flooring person put a nail in that waterline. Fast forward to a house renovation in 2020 and a week after completion of drywall in the bathroom, the waterline decided to let go just as we were measuring up for stone and glass. Quick actions stopped a huge mess but put a hole in a newly finished ceiling. Oh well. Funny how things work. Let it dry out and patch back up.
