My wife hits the nail on the head! What is going on is Absolutely irresponsible! Although , yes, there are a great deal of people that are following the covid r...ules, restrictions etc.....there are a lot of covidiots that are not! Unfortunately, it wont be until their spouse, child, parent, best friend or Grandparent dies of this, until it sinks into their heads, or maybe not even! I think the Governments both Provincial & Federal should do a lot more then they are doing re restrictions, because they can not just assume everyone is being honest, quarentine after exposure, travel etc..there is no way to enforce this. People are having parties everywhere, testing positive for covid, but not being honest about the results. What is the common denominater re the care homes?. THE COOKS, THE HOUSEKEEPERS, AND THE CARE AIDES!!!! Its not rocket science. Also, it is a huge contradiction in B.C on the health briefings, making a huge deal re your household bubbles, no one outside your house etc...meanwhile there have been hundreds and hundreds of flights, and thousands of people flying into Canada and B.C. over the past month from all the places with a high rate of covid: Ontario, Quebec, USA, India, China, UK etc..etc.. and they are wondering why the numbers are going up? SERIOUSLY? Ground all travel, except, for medical reasons, and services, International, or from Province to Province until everyone is vaccinated. So what if family gets upset that you cant visit, that is what skype, facebook, email, letters, zoom, facetime and phone is for. Better to miss 1 year not seeing them , then maybe never being able to see them again if they get covid. Better safe then sorry. Sorry for the rant, just am upset about all of us that are trying hard to follow all the rules, and everyone out there turning a blind eye...when people are dying ! See more
