We will officially re-open our doors this Saturday (July 25th) at 9am!... Hard to believe that we closed our doors on March 18th in parkas and we will re-open in tank tops well take it! Hello BENCHMARK community! In light of todays Provincial announcement, we feel that we are very close to getting the greenlight to re-open our doors and welcome you back! The last 4 months have given us the opportunity to complete some renovations and upgrades throughout our space and our focus has shifted to how we will be able to implement a safe and positive environment for you to feel comfortable and excited to return to. Stage 3 will include Gyms and Indoor Fitness Fa...cilities/Training and our specific opening will be included as part of the regional re-openings that are being rolled out. While we havent been given the green light yet, Halton and more specifically, Burlington, rate of infection numbers are amongst the lowest in the province and we are confident that will be able to open soon and just as importantly, remain open while we work hard to maintain a clean and safe space for all of us to enjoy again. #benchmarkburlington See more

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN BALLS 1.5 cups rolled oats 1 cup natural peanut butter 1/4 cup maple syrup (or slightly less, for less sweetness)... 2 scoops chocolate nutrimeal (our FAV is @usanainc) 2 tbsps cacao nibs/dairy free chocolate chips/carob chips (your choice) Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir to combine. Scoop + roll dough in to small balls. Store in the fridge or freezer. ENJOY!! #benchmarkburlington
