Dear Patients, Below you will find some of the procedures we are putting in place at the office. This includes information on what we require from you to help make this a smooth transition. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic our clinic is operating under a number of new protocols. ... If you are experiencing any cold, influenza, or COVID-19 symptoms, DO NOT ENTER the clinic. If you have traveled outside of Canada or have been asked to self-isolate in the last 14 days, DO NOT ENTER the clinic. If you have been in contact with anyone with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 or who has traveled outside of Canada in the last 14 days, DO NOT ENTER the clinic. We are scheduling patients by appointment only. No walk-in patients will be accepted. You can call the office at 604-534-7451 to speak with our receptionist. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment. If you are able to, please call the office at 604-534-7451 to let us know you are here, and we will let you know when you can enter the clinic. The washroom in the clinic is designated for staff only. Please take this into account before your appointment. Both you and your health practitioner will be required to wear a mask during any interactions that require less than 2 meters distance between you. Please use the hand sanitizer at the reception desk upon entering the clinic. Please respect other people’s space by staying at least 2 meters apart when possible. Good News Everyone, We have started the process to re-open the clinic! Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are working on protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. After yesterday's announcement from premier John Horgan, it looks like we are progressing towards getting things back up and running in some capacity. We are awaiting the direction of the Public Health Officer and the College of Chiropractors of BC as to how and when we will be able to re-open our clinic. Hoping for some good news soon.

As required by the Provincial Health Officer and the College of Chiropractors of BC, during the COVID-19 pandemic, chiropractors ca...n only treat patients in-person when providing emergent, urgent and/or essential care. You must schedule an appointment for in-person treatment. Unscheduled, drop-in treatment is not permitted. Before you can schedule in-person treatment, you must be interviewed by a chiropractor from Benefit Chiropractic & Wellness to confirm whether you require emergent, urgent and/or essential care and to assess your risk for COVID-19 infection. Dr. Ben Zerkee or Dr. Andrew Erjavec must interview you over the phone or by using internet communications. You cannot be interviewed in person.
