330lbs to 275lbs Little less than a year apart in these videos. Never been a big progress picture based trainer (sure they make your business look good on social media but I’m not gonna make it imperative to my clients to strip down and take pics for me). If they want to great, if not who cares. ... However, I have always liked tracking progress in videos. Can noticeably see differences in physiques because the muscles are being put through work (contracting) and you can actually see quantifiable small changes throughout your fitness journey.
