Offer accepted, dates confirmed, super short closing process, lawyer shuffling, oh lord, move in, money transferred, and BOOM! This. This spectacular photo 7 months later. Of two families, two households, people I care deeply about on both sides of the transaction working together, rooting for each other, cheering each other on. Sometimes it gets messy, and cut throat, and that’s just the nature of it when lots of money’s involved..but not here. There was love. Authentically, there was love, and community and family.
