Dear Bennett Equine Clients: COVID-19 Updates During these difficult times, we want you to know that that we are taking this very seriously and are keeping our clients, patients, staff and families health as our main concern. ... Office Hours: We will be reducing our office hours from 8 am- 12 pm. Voicemails will be picked up throughout the day and responded to within 24 business hours. Urgent access to an emergency veterinarian will be available 24/7. If you are coming in to our office, we request that you call prior to arriving so we can be prepared for your arrival. We will be keeping a very strict disinfectant protocol for our debit machine, door and other common areas that people would touch. Medication Refills and Prescriptions: Due to the shortage of some medications and deliveries, please allow more time than usual between ordering and picking up medications. At this point we are recommending at least 48 hours. Farm Visits: Our equine companions may require veterinary care during these unprecedented times. We will be available for all urgent and emergency cases. We will disinfect our truck, hands and all equipment used in between appointments. We request that if you have recently traveled or are at all feeling unwell you have someone else available to handle your horse. Thank you for your understanding through this.
