Jim is a pride and joy at Bennett's. He started in service with us in 1999 but he's worked with us when the Bennett’s were farming, and before that too when he ran the Bennett's Clearance Centre on Doxsee Street, Campbellford in 1986! We have customers calling and emailing us to tell us how soft spoken and fabulously friendly he is. Jim works with Tara in Campbellford to make sure every customer service call in all 3 stores gets listened and attended to. Jim takes care of customers as quickly as he can, and does repairs in the stores or customer's homes as required. Marlaine asked Jim what people say about Bennett's Masterguard Warranty. He tells us they often say "I never used to buy the warranty but I'm glad I did and I will again in the future!.
