Discussing everything from sidewalks and crosswalks, our infrastructure for both current and future needs, municipal programs, increased communications between council and the community, affordable housing, recreation and so much more. ... If you have not already it is time to get out and vote, this mornings update on voter turn out so far for District 7 is 19.4%, that leaves us with a lot of votes still to go. People in East Hants will have started receiving thier voter information letters, these will include your personalized PIN number, which is needed in order to vote online or by phone starting October 9. If you did not receive this letter, you may not be on the voters list. To confirm visit the Am I on the Voters List search tool on the Municipal website. You can also call the Elections Office at 902-751-0588 or toll free 1-833-434-0623 to get a new letter and PIN issued. https://www.easthants.ca//municip/am-i-on-the-voters-list/
