Chia seeds and Flexseeds are the key to your morning smoothie. Adding prunes is also beneficial, honestly they don't taste that bad at all, plus they go through the blender. I add Activia lactose free yogurt as well. I tend to put cherry tomatoes, or carrots, oh and of course spinach. Spinach is high in Iron, which is very good for females.
