Looking through a corner and where you want to go. This is something we hear during a lesson in driver's education, and plenty of sports. It is completely useful in the sport of #mountainbiking too! Here #Instructor Emily fixes a determined gaze through the turn at her exit to get her body to pivot (or some say twist) over the #bike, which helps her execute the body positioning required to complete the turn. ... We finally checked, and found out that we travelled more than 2,000 kms in New Brunswick this past summer! We taught over 100 students, and visited 10 trail communities to ride and teach!... We started a youth program, hosted our first Ladies Bike Camp, and partnered with Meridian63 MTB in PEI and Ride East in NS! So fortunate to have rad folks to teach and ride bikes with! Who's up for checking out some of New Brunswick's best singletrack this fall? We don't have all the details confirmed yet but we do know that this will be an aw...esome weekend of mountain biking you do not want to miss! Here's what you can expect: Event dates are October 2 - 4 in Saint John, NB There's a very good chance we'll be riding some of that sweet Fundy singletrack. Space is limited to 25 riders with a 5-1 rider\instructor ratio. (great time to improve your mtb skills) Ride options for beginner\intermediate and intermediate\advanced. Plenty of off-trail and on-trail instruction by certified MTB coaches. The evenings will be filled with beer, food, fun and prizes. Saturday Biketoberfest event tickets can be booked separate so if you have friends\partners, etc who are not riding they can still join in on the festivities. You can pre-registration now with no obligation. Final details will be announced and registration will be open in September. Most of all, we know it's going to be super fun. Some might even say Rad.
