BeReady First Aid's Refund Policy Due to limited occupancy full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in a course. We understand things happen and circumstances change. So for organizations and individuals, there is no charge if you need to switch the class to another date or time. Candidates wishing to cancel a class within 24 hours of registering for the course will receive a full refund. In all other cases there is a 50% cancellation fee for complete cancellation of a course. No shows, not attending the course without any communication with BeReady first aid will result in non-refundable payment. BeReady First Aid reserves the right to cancel any course for whatever reason at any time and will issue all registered candidates a full refund within 48 hours of the course cancellation.
