Keep #funeral arrangement documents in a safe place where your family and legal representative(s) can easily find them. 1. A signed contract with a funeral service provider that sets out the supplies and services you requested and their price. 2. An interment or ashes scattering rights certificate. 3. A receipt for the money you paid to be placed in trust or a copy of your insurance policy and enrolment form. 4.
