With the leaves falling, I could envision hibernating in this sunroom over the winter!

It's a bitter sweetness that I say, my house project has SOLD! While it didn't draw nearly enough to compensate for any of my 1170h invested, it was one of the houses in this slow market that attracted a buyer, so it must have stood out and checked most of the boxes.. A blessing in disguise. Good thing we have projects to move on to like sunrooms and basement developments to stay busy with as we prep for the next one.... one day!... Thanks to everyone who has helped out with this project, in one way or another.

It's been a few weeks since an update but also, it's been 79 days since I've applied for my permits(still waiting) so it's hard to show progress when I'm not allowed to move forward.. While waiting though, we've filled our time with a basement development and some upgrades at my old house in Greenfield. Also a few steps forward on the Kenilworth exterior thankfully, plus some tilling, garage power and fresh grass! Thanks to Maximin Carpentry and Exteriors for the garage, it's a great storage place.

I've lost track of weeks but we had some definite progress over the last couple with new windows, some exterior finishes, a new electrical panel, tile showing up, a fresh garage pad.. the list goes on.
