Here are 4 of our favorite tips to encourage seni...ors to sip: (1) Encourage your loved one to drink before feeling thirsty (2) Keep water or tea nearby for sipping throughout the day (3) Provide water or tea before serving food at meals (4) Serve soups, raw fruits, jello, popsicles and raw vegetables to help with hydration.
