This was a cool sculpture I did last night in Victoria.

Haven't posted in a while. I am heading to Lake Chelan Washington in a few weeks to sculpt three blocks of ice for the winter festival.

Taking a break from snow carving this winter. It has been a tough one for me as I am always eager to sculpt snow. My arms have been stiff and sore since about two years ago. I guess working over 30 hours in two days out in the cold on a snow sculpture is hard on your forearm muscles.

Already working on plans for next year up at Fort Saint James. We are looking to get some more of that awesome lake ice to do some more ice carving. They are fun and can last a long time if they are sheltered from the sun and wind and of course it is below zero.
