Back at it again February 22nd!! Please read the information below carefully in regards to our reopening. This week we took time to start our calls to rebook; starting with those we had to cancel and moving forward on our list. If you haven't been called yet we just haven't reached you on the list, please only leave one message, we have a large number of call backs and multiple messages will make the process more confusing for us and take us longer. If you haven't called to p...ut yourself on the list please leave a brief message with your dogs name, the last name on file, and a number to reach you. Also if we call you and have to leave a message we cannot hold spots at this time so we will have to move on down the list till you call us back. If you are new to us, sadly due to high volume we cannot take your baby at this time. We want to be as fair as possible to all of you, our wonderful clients. We want to make sure that when we open our doors we will not be forced to close again or fined because we didn’t follow their guidelines. Therefore everyone needs to following the rules. When we speak with you on the phone we will go over our drop off and pick up protocols, we are trying to make things easier and have as little contact as possible. Drop off and pick up times have become even more important. If you are more then 5 minutes late to drop off we will have to cancel your appointment. We have a very small window of time to work within to ensure clients don't overlap. If you are more then 10 minutes late for pickup kennel charges will apply as we will need to wait till your baby goes home before we can bring in our next. If you miss an appointment or do not provide 24hr notice for cancellation you maybe charged a fee. All these are to ensure all our safety and that we are being fair to all our customers, staff, and fur babies. We ask for patience and understanding as we navigate through the process of reopening. Good morning, We have been keeping a close eye on the news, and have heard the restriction will be loosening as of the 16th. So Nicole called by-law to get some answers and unfortunately they informed us they had no change to their information as of yet, but to call back early next week. So that is our plan. We ask for your continuing patience, as when we do get a green light we have many calls to make and so on. We need to be fair to those who had their appointments cancelled and follow the sequence after them. Stay tuned for announcements next week about potential opening and how we can safely start to operate again.

Good morning to all our wonderful clients, We indeed have heard the announcement about allowing groomers for emergency grooming situations. Unfortunately though, due to personal circumstances of each groomer and their families we cannot open safely. We also are not set up to do completely contactless drop off and pick up. We understand your sweet amazing babies needs and if you feel the need to reach out to another groomer (who can work safely) till we can open safely that's okay. We're sorry that we cannot give better news to you all yet, but as soon as its possible for us we will be contacting people. We appreciate your understanding, please be safe .

To our amazing clientele, Due to the Ontario wide shutdown we are temporarily closing our doors again. We did not make this decision lightly. Yesterday was spent trying to contact and speaking with multiple offices to get an answer. And finally were informed by our Barrie enforcement office that we are required to close (see picture attached). The shutdown is in effect from December 26th till January 23rd. We will be calling to cancel all appointments booked during this time.... And when we can reopen we will rebook. We will return calls in sequence; people we need to cancel and rebook, people who called before shutdown, and then those who are looking for new appointments. To those who call from here and on we will need the dogs name, last name on file, breed, and a number to call. This is so we can put you on the list and follow sequence to be as fair as we can. Don't forget we have a few videos of tips if you are stuck and take on grooming your babies yourself. Never hesitate to give us a call as well if you have any questions our phone will be on and with Nicole. Please have a safe and Happy Holiday and we will see you in the New Year
