ATTENTION: CLASS PARTICIPANTS FOR CLASSES THAT WERE DUE TO START APRIL 13TH!! IMPORTANT!!! We will be starting to work through class exercises, including both obedience and manners, through posting through FaceBook Message and E-mail. Later today, I will be forwarding information and lessons to all participants at all levels, containing exercises to complete at home through the week, and information on training and raising your dogs. I will also be available ongoing ...until we can move to face to face classes to answer your questions, walk you through any problems, and suggest help for anything that I haven't covered but that is causing you and your pup or dog a problem at home! Please don't hesitate to ask lots of questions!! This online training will not replace your 6-week face to face training but will enhance it and prepare you for it, so that we can move very successfully ahead together as soon as we are given the all clear to go into group classes. This will also give you all a chance to have some fun with your pets while you are isolating at home in a rewarding way! ATTENTION TO ALL WHO ARE ATTENDING MY CLASSES STARTING MONDAY, APRIL 13TH. In speaking with Jason Thorne at the arena, we ARE NOT yet cancelled! HOWEVER, everything with this terrible pandemic is really being handled week to week, and day to day, and I would expect that start date will be pushed back at least a little. I will be in touch with everyone who is registered, and who has expressed interest in the classes as soon as I have direction from the arena. The classes... will definitely go as soon as I have clearance, and it is safe to proceed. In the meantime, I am developing an action plan to ensure you can immediately start working with your pups and dogs at home, that will include a simple training guide to follow on a weekly basis that will help give a great basis and will give you some quality time with your dogs. No matter how many weeks go by before we can meet in a social environment to learn and train, we will still complete our full program together as soon as we are able. Additionally, I am making myself available to all who are registered to contact me by email or facebook message with any problems, manners training they would like covered, or hints to help with their dog in the meantime until we can meet; and I will work with you by message to help with your needs. As a side note, please remember when you are out on walks with your pets, keep social distancing between dogs as well as people.
