Unfortunately, we are subject to a widespread Telus outage which is affecting our telephone service - we are unable to send or receive calls. If you are suffering from the same Telus outage, it may have a temporary effect on your security system, particularly if you... do not have a back up communicator for your alarm. Telus is working on the problem, which should be resolved by tomorrow morning. Feel free to call our office for more information, but your trouble condition should resolve within 4 hours of Telus fixing the problem that has occurred with their network. Many of our clients and staff knew Simon. Many (actually most) of these people loved Simon. Simon was the happy, smiling, loving, lovable, generous, unique, and very special dog of @Derek Young and @Susie Mclaughlan Young. Derek has been part of our family, running our store in Coquitlam for about 10 years, and Simon has been coming to work with him on and off for nearly six of those. Sadly, at the end of May, Derek, Susie, and the many people who Simon touched were devastated by this very special dog’s sudden passing. He will be greatly missed while the many who loved him are left with a huge hole in their hearts, they are also blessed by the time they had with him.
