How was the first week back to school? Looking toward to more outdoor adventures this year!

I love that we live in a place as beautiful as this. I love our kids have support workers that adventure with them last week it was kayaking, today it’s padd...le boarding. Some people feel sorry for kids with special needs but as a parent of two of them, I strongly suggest you stop that now. Encourage, support allow them to dream and to be who they are. They don’t grow up to be that ‘ autistic guy working in the grocery store’. They grow up to be men and women with jobs who have every right to be there. As their parents we will support, encourage, make boundaries, set expectations, take them to therapy and so on so they can grow up and be productive adults, to the best of their abilities. Until then, will also allow them to explore their natural environment with people that encourage them to live their best lives, educate them the way they THEY learn and have their backs every step of the way .
