We are actively seeking a Project Crew Leader to help deliver top quality work, service and installations for our clients in the Cowichan Valley. We are a small family owned business. Our success is only as good as the work we deliver to our clients. We know this is NOT your business but we need someone that conducts themselves as if it were. We are looking to bonus the right individual on the quality of their work and our clients satisfaction above your compensation package.... You must be positive, motivated and desire nothing but the best. Candidate must be able to work well with others and motivate those on your team to want to do better. Share your knowledge to help grow the team. You must be a leader that does not demand respect of your team but earns it through hard work, being a good example and willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver the quality! Safety is our priority for you and our team. You must abide by all WorkSafe and site safety regulations at all times. There is ZERO tolerance for shortcuts, especially when it comes to safety. As a leader you must have the ability to do the following and more: - Have the ability to run skid steer and other small machines - Be able to run a project from start to finish - Have the ability to work independently and supervise others to help you deliver a quality product - Use a multitude of various power tools and machines - Driver's licence with a clean abstract - General construction experience which includes but is not limited to building decks, small structures, framing for concrete, building various styles of fences, etc. - Be able to drive and motivate your team to perform at the top of their game You must poses good communication skills for clear direction with your team and our clients. $27/hr plus fuel and car allowance Please submit resume with cover letter and references to [email protected] Only those considered for the position will be contacted.
