Best of the Wurst

I still have home smoked bacon and all 8 flavours of sausages for Christmas morning breakfast pm me for orders they are going fast and remember all our sausages are gluten free with no sugars

Look at these beautiful ladies just in time for Christmas and they have already found a home. I was going to shut down the smoker for the year but a client put an order in for some smoked nuts so it looks like I will be doing another large batch of nuts if anyone is interested

This is all I have left for smoked cheese and nuts and we will not be doing any more until spring, getting to cold to run the smoker. So hurry and pm for an order before they are gone

These are my last 2 picnic shoulders for my Christmas orders, they where taken out of the brine and dried in the fridge overnight and now they are netted and heading to the smoker for the day, then off to my happy clients who have been waiting for these delicious home cured and smoked picnics.
