It was about a year ago when I took this photo in #toronto’s #junctiontriangle neighborhood. I was on a walk after lunch while on break from a training with @janetheclapp called Movement for Trauma Recovery, L2. I’ve been integrating deep listening to better understand what my nervous system is experiencing day to day, moment to moment. I’ve been restructuring my workouts so they feel meaningful and joyful. I’m happy to report that a strength training practice built upon play and feeling dignified, connected and resilient as a person feels effective these days. How’s your morning going? Here’s a look into my personal training space in Killaloe. My favourite 3 pieces of equipment in the home gym: A cork yoga brick, TRX, and pull up bar. I also use my bands and balls quite a bit in combination with these three, to name a few more essential props. When it comes to adding strength, balance and co-ordination to a home based practice, there are lots of props at home that can be integrated into a workout! #ottawavalley #personaltrainer #killaloeontario

As Ontario allows personal services to re-open, I'm happy to announce I'm booking personal training clients in July. With social distancing measures and additional sanitizing procedures in place, we can meet one-on-one in my Killaloe studio or also outside for sessions.
