Best Shortbread

HAPPY PI DAY!!! To be honest I have no idea what this day is about (and I’m terrible at math) BUT any excuse for me to make a pie is fine by me! I used my shortbread recipe for the pie crust and layered it with caramel sauce and leftover milk chocolate that I had from my last batch of cookies! Let me tell you, THIS PIE IS AMAZING!! Think @twix but in a pie form. After about 1 hour I only had half left. When I’m up late baking cookies or working on marketing projects I think about my girls growing up seeing Woman who works hard for her family just like I saw with my Mum.
